		The New Play area in Hanover A new play area in the Phoenix area of Hanover was opened in July 1998, and is proving very popular with children. It is part of the regeneration project organised by the Chichester Diocesan Housing Association and the site's owners, Grand Metropolitan. The project was one of the first in the country to have included funding for a Community Development worker to work on site.
		A number of further projects have been set up including murals produced by local children and artists, here are some of the results!
