Letting Information for Tenants

Information for Tenants:

1. Credit check and referencing costs: £115.15 per person inclusive of VAT payable when forms are completed and returned to our office.

2. Deposit: 6 weeks' deposit payable on signing of tenancy agreement.

3. Rent: 1 calendar months rent in advance payable on signing of tenancy agreement.

4. Guarantors are required for: – students/unemployed/less than 6 months in employment. Guarantors will need to own their own property in England/ Wales and have sufficient income to cover rent salary ratio. Guarantor’s proof of address required; utility bill, etc.

5. All student Guarantors must complete the standing order form – NOT the student.

6. Students must provide proof of status, i.e. student union card.

7. Proof of current address will be required, i.e. utilities bill.

8. Tenants' Home Insurance must be acquired; to include accidental damage to the landlord's fixtures and fittings.

9. Inventory - £65 inclusive of VAT to include inventory, check in and check out.
